Born and raised in the Midwest, I've been visiting Arizona annually since 1968. I became
actively involved in Valley Real Estate upon my permanent relocation to the Valley in May
1996. Since that time I have been engaged in representing the best interests of Buyers
and Sellers in a wide variety of Real Estate transactions, including luxury homes and estates,
residential homes, and many vacation and retirement homes and condominiums.
With the constant changing trends and advancements in the real estate business, and
to best serve my clients, I actively participate in an ongoing manner with our Scottsdale
Association of Realtors, RE/MAX ACHIEVERS "Compliments of the House" national program,
Cendant Mobility, the largest national and international residential relocation company
in the world, and continually maintain and update my standing with
The Lending Tree as a recommended agent in the Valley. To insure I do maintain and provide
up to date knowledge and information for my clients, I continuously attend various schools,
seminars, and advanced training sessions in the Valley metro area. Additionally, I participate
in numerous "on-line" advanced training courses and programs.
In 1971 I earned my degrees from Western Illinois University. After graduation I was
involved in residential and commercial property management and sales in the Chicago suburban
market. I moved to Phoenix in 1996 and have been actively involved in residential sales
and leasing since arriving in the Valley. Throughout my career, I was fortunate enough
to have always been a top producer with the companies I have built my career with, and
have been honored to accept numerous awards and certificates of recognition for dedication
and devotion to my clients' and my companies' satisfaction and success.
In my spare time I love to actively explore this
magnificent state. I have a keen interest in the history of Arizona and enjoy exploring
the unlimited number of trails and back county areas of Arizona. I enjoy 'giving back'
a little when time permits while working with the Sierra Club and/or state or federal forest
service projects in maintaining various park sites and areas, or maintaining or building
hiking trails around the state.
