The number of youths signing up for soccer in the Gila Valley is growing so fast, the American Youth Soccer Organization can barely keep pace. The AYSO has a small waiting list, and some youths have had to join the Pima City League because there was no more room in the AYSO.

Nucor acquires Missouri company (The Charlotte Observer)
Nucor Corp. announced another acquisition Wednesday, a day after acquiring an Indiana steel company and announcing plans to start production at an Arizona mill.
